|125 ml||oats — raw|
|125 ml||milk — fat-free|
|100 ml||yoghurt — fat-free plain or vanilla|
|1/2||apples — grated|
|50 g||fresh berries|
|1 Tbs||almonds — flaked, toasted|
Mix oats, cinnamon and milk together.
Set aside for 15 minutes or overnight to allow oats to absorb milk.
Stir through yoghurt and grated apple.
Top with berries and almonds and serve.
Replace berries with another ½ grated apple.
