Ingredients (4)

1 banana
1 cup plain full-fat yoghurt
splash vanilla extract
1/4 tsp stevia

Method:

Blend the ingredients together until smooth.

Serve chilled.

This is gluten, egg and nut-free and the dairy yogurt can be replaced with soya or cashew nut yogurt.

In a case of dairy, nut and soya allergy, coconut yogurt can be used.
