Yummy savoury bake

Ingredients

 
  • 50
    g
    butter
  • 2
    sprig
    leeks
  • 200
    g
    mushroom
  • 3
    potatoes
  • 300
    g
    haddock
  • 420
    g
    creamstyle sweetcorn
  • 1
    egg
  • 250
    ml
    milk
  • 175
    g
    smooth cottage chees
  • 2
    ml
    salt
  • 2
    ml
    pepper
  • 100
    ml
    self-raising flour
  • 250
    ml
    cheddar cheese

Method

 
Sauté leeks, mushrooms and potatoes in the butter.
Remove from stove and add cooked and flaked haddock and the sweetcorn.
Whisk egg, milk & cottage cheese together. Stir into mixture.
Add flour, season to taste and mix well. Spoon into 20x20 cm dish.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Bake at 180°C for 50-55 minutes.

Variation:
Omit haddock and add 250g crispy fried bacon or smoked snoek.
