Thai crayfish curry

Servings: Change Serving


2kg crayfish, 2 large onions, 100 g garlic butter, 1 can coconut milk, Salt for taste, Tumeric powder, 1bunch dhania, 12 green chillies, 2 cup basmati rice, Liquidised dhania and chillies to a paste.

Clean crayfish and fry in garlic butter, add tumeric, salt for taste and the dhania paste. Chop onions fine and fry until brown. Add onions to the crayfish, then the coconut milk, bring to a boil and reduce heat.

Cook rice and serve with curry.
