Ingredients (6)

1 can condensed milk
200 ml water — cold
125 ml water — hot
15 ml Sheridans gelatine
200 ml sherry
25 ml rose's cordial — lime

Method:

Dissolve gelatine in hot water, then add cold water. Empty condensed milk in a mixing bowl. Slowly stir in sherry, add lime cordial & gelatine.
Mix thoroughly & chill ± 3 hours. Use either individual dessert glasses or 1 big bowl, sprayed with non-stick spray.
