Ingredients

 
  • 1
    can
    condensed milk
  • 1
    lemon
  • 1/2
    marshmallows, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2
    cup
    cherries
  • 1
    can
    condensed milk
  • 1/2
    pineapple, cut into small pieces
  • 1
    cup
    cream
  • 10
    ml
    vanilla essence
  • 1
    2 flakeys

Method

 
Mix the condensed milk and the lemon juice well.
Add the cut marshmallows, cherries, and drained pineapple and mix well.
In a separate bowl, beat the cream with the vanilla essence till thick and then fold it into the marshmallow mixture.
Pour into a nice glass bowl. (It will be very soft, but will go firm in the fridge).
Crush 1 flake chocolate over and cover with cling wrap and leave in the fridge to set for about 4 hours or overnight.
