	cream — fresh
	butter — melted
	condensed milk

Method:

Fill a tart dish with the crumbs and push firmly to form base.
Beat cream until still and add condensed milk.
Fold in the lemon juice.
Put into the deep freeze until frozen and take out 30 min before serving…delicious!!
