Ingredients (6)

camembert cheese
brie cheese
125 g parmesan cheese
garlic — cloves
bread — rye
fresh chillies — 573

Method:

Slice off top of bread and remove most of the bread filling leaving just the shell. Cut the bread you have removed into cubes and toast lightly. Brush shell with a mixture of olive oil and garlic. Chop up cheese into small cubes and fill the bread with the cheese. Note, you can also add some strong cheddar cheese. Drizzle some olive oil with garlic over the cheese. Wrap the bread in foil, dull side on the outside Bake in hot oven until cheese melts. Put on serving platter with the toasted bread around which is used to dip into the cheese. Delicious.
