Ingredients

 
  • 1 bottle of beer
  • 360
    g
    self raising flour
  • 100
    g
    cheese, grated
  • 3
    tbsp
    sugar
 
 

Method

 
Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Mix flour, sugar and cheese together (keeping some cheese for the top). Add the beer and mix together into a batter. Pour into a greased loaf tin, add the cheese on top. Bake for 1 hour and serve hot with butter.
