Creamy mushroom mussel soup

    chicken cream powder
  • 60
    g
    white onion soup powder
  • 250
    g
    mushrooms,sliced
  • 250
    g
    diced bacon
  • 250
    ml
    cream
  • 750
    g
    mussels
  • 500
    ml
    milk
  • 2.5
    ml
    salt
  • 2.5
    ml
    pepper
  • 30
    ml
    fresh parsley
  • 20
    ml
    mixed herbs
  • 5
    ml
    crushed garlic
  • 1
    onion
  • 15
    ml
    butter

Method

 
Heat the butter in pan.

Saute the onion,mushrooms and garlic till soft.

Add the mussels and the bacon.

In a seperate pot heat the milk and soup powders and bring to boil and stir.Leave for 1 minute than add the cream.

Stir in the salt, pepper, parsley and mixed herbs.
