Chicken, feta and tomato bake

Ingredients (8)

450 g chicken breast fillets
1 can tomato — tinned,chopped
75 g feta cheese
1 onion — chopped
125 g peas — baby
1 cloves garlic — cloves
125 g couscous
1 tbsp chutney

Method:

In a medium pan, fry the onions until sautéed.
Add garlic and chicken breasts, cut in small pieces.
Seer the chicken pieces, then add the tinned tomatoes and baby peas.
Season with salt and pepper and some herbs.
Add chutney and bring to the boil. You may need to add some water if the sauce is too thick.
Remove from the heat and pour into a medium sized casarole dish.
Add crumbled feta over the top and as well as some parmesan cheese.
Place in the oven on 180°C for 30min, or until golden brown.
Serve with long stemmed brocoli and couscous on the side.
