Chicken al mama



  • 1
    Chicken breasts no skin or bones
  • 1
    packet of thick white onion soup
  • 1
    bottle of Mrs Balls Chutney
  • 500
    of fresh cream
  • 1
    of mushrooms cut
  • 1
    green peppers cut
  • 2
    cups of rice
Servings: Change Serving


Lay the chicken breasts in a deep pan. In a bowl mix the thick white onion soup with cold water as on packet. in the bowl add the whole bottle of Mrs Balls, muchrooms, cream and green peppers. Mix well and throw over the chicken. Bake at 200 degrees for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Serve with rice and Enjoy. You can add extra ingriendents if you like.
