Ingredients (5)

1 cabbage — medium
2 eggs
1 onion — medium
2 cup cheddar cheese — grated
1/4 cup breadcrumbs

Method:

Sauté cabbage & slices onion for approx
10 mins over medium heat and little water (water to just cover base of pot) (cabbabe must still be crunchy when done)

Remove from heat and drain excess water.

Add eggs,salt & pepper, cheese and breadcrumbs.

Bake in ovenproof dish +- 30 mins
until golden brown
serve
