1 cup	cheese — grated
8	bread — sliced
pinch	salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Melt the garlic butter in frying pan.
Beat the eggs, add salt and pepper
Put the cheese on 4 slices of bread, cover with the other 4 slices.
Dip in beaten egg and fry in garlic butter turning it over once it is golden brown.
