Preheat the oven to 200º C.
Cook the pasta according to packet
instructions. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
Toss the pasta and meat sauce together. Add
¾ - 1 cup of reserved pasta water to loosen.
Transfer to a large greased baking dish.
Pour the white sauce over the pasta and
scatter with parmesan.
Bake for about 25 minutes until golden.
Melt the butter in a pan. Add the sage and
toss to coat. Once the sage turns crisp, add the basil and season with black
pepper.
Pour the hot herb butter over the baked
pasta and serve.
