  • kiwi fruit
  • natural yoghurt
  • honey (optional)
 

Method

 
Peel and slice kiwi fruit (or your favourite fruit) into wedges. Arrange on a baking sheet and freeze until hard. Process the frozen fruit with just enough natural yoghurt to make a nice thick mixture and sweeten with honey if necessary. Berries also work well.
