  • sea salt and milled pepper
  • Salad:
  • 2
    packets watercress
  • 1
    small watermelon, cubed
  • 250
    toasted pecan or pine nuts

    Gorgonzola or feta cheese, crumbled or cut into chunks

Whisk together the dressing ingredients. Place washed watercress in a bowl and pour over dressing. Don't leave the watercress in the dressing for longer than 10 minutes before serving. Arrange a bed of watercress on each plate and top with remaining ingredients. Per serving: 1 767 kJ; 26,7 g carbohydrate; 9,4 g protein; 34,2 g fat
