Vanilla chocolate pudding

    Nestlé condensed milk

    cream, whipped

    instant vanilla pudding
  • 90
    instant chocolate pudding
  • 125
    finger biscuits

  • cornflour


Divide the condensed milk and cream between two mixing bowls. Add a condensed milk can of water to each bowl. Add a packet of instant pudding to each bowl and beat well until blended. Arrange a layer of biscuits in a fairly small oblong dish. Spoon the chocolate mixture on top. Arrange another layer of biscuits on top and spoon the vanilla mixture on top. Chill until set. Drain the youngberries, but reserve the syrup. Boil the syrup with about 10-15 ml (2-3 t) cornflour to thicken the sauce. Add the youngberries and mix. Turn out the pudding and cut into pieces. Serve with youngberry sauce. Serves 4-6.
