Ingredients (8)

tuna — tinned, flaked
mayonnaise
salt and lemon pepper — to taste
fresh parsley — chopped
cheddar cheese — grated
bread — slices
chutney
oil — or butter, for frying

Method:

Mix flaked tuna with a little mayonnaise, salt, lemon pepper, chopped parsley and finely grated Cheddar cheese. Spread slices of bread with chutney and make sandwiches filled with the tuna mixture. Pan-fry in butter until golden brown on the outside (or make toasted sandwiches in a sandwich maker). Serve immediately.
