Ingredients (9)

200.00 g tuna — tinned and drained
375.00 ml breadcrumbs — fresh
100.00 ml milk
25.00 ml fresh parsley
1.00 onion — white, chopped
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
1.00 eggs — extra-large
250.00 ml breadcrumbs
oil

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180 ºC (350 ºF). Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray or grease well. Place all the ingredients, except the breadcrumbs and oil, in a food processor. Process until a thick paste is formed. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs on a plate. Drop teaspoonfuls of the tuna mixture onto the plate. Roll the balls until they are completely covered with crumbs. Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet. Chill for a few minutes. Sprinkle with oil and bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 21 balls.
