100.00 ml	cooldrink concentrate — raspberry flavour
750.00 ml	sugar
4.00 Litres	water
500.00 ml	milk — long life,chilled

Method:

Prepare the jelly according to the instructions on the packet. Add the cooldrink concentrate, sugar and water, stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Cool in the fridge until ice cold. Stir in the milk.
Pour into empty cooldrink containers and store in the fridge. Shake well before use as the mixture curdles.
Makes 5,5 litres.
