Tomatoes with yoghurt dressing

    ripe tomatoes
  • sugar for sprinkling
  • DRESSING
  • 125
    ml
    yoghurt
  • 15
    ml
    cream (optional)
  • 15
    ml
    olive oil
  • 15
    ml
    apple cider vinegar
  • salt and milled black pepper
  • 4
    mint leaves
 

Method

 
Slice tomatoes, sprinkle a little sugar over and chill. DRESSING: Combine all ingredients and mix together well. Pour over tomatoes and serve with glazed spareribs (see recipe).
