Tomato and mozzarella cheese

    ripe tomatoes
  • 100
    mozzarella cheese
  • 10
    basil leaves
  • 60
    olive oil
  • 10
    balsamic vinegar


Cut tomatoes in fairly thin slices. Cut the mozzarella cheese in triangular shapes.
Make a pesto sauce by blending the basil leaves and olive oil together until smooth.
Arrange tomatoes and cheese on a plate and drizzle with pesto sauce and balsamic vinegar.
