1.00 kg potato bites — frozen
0.00 oil — for deep frying
300.00 ml sweet chilli sauce — Thai
0.00 fresh coriander — bunch

Method:

Deep-fry the potato bites in oil according to the packet instructions.
Drain and arrange the bites on a baking sheet.
Pour the sweet chilli sauce over the bites, mix well and bake in a preheated oven at 210 °C until the sauce has been absorbed and sticks to the bites.
Makes 36 bites.
