Ingredients (5)

80.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
25.00 ml fresh thyme — chopped
3.00 garlic — large cloves, crushed
6.00 lamb loin chops
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Blend the olive oil, thyme and garlic. Arrange the chops in a flat dish and pour over the thyme mixture. Marinate for 2-3 hours in the fridge. Switch on the oven grill. Arrange the chops on the rack of an oven pan and season to taste with salt and pepper on both sides. Grill for a few minutes on both sides until done. Brush frequently with the remaining marinade. (The chops may also be cooked over a braai.)
Serve with grilled tomato slices and Italian bread if desired.
Serves 3-4.
