Tasty lamb chops

  • 6
    large lamb chops
  • 1
    packet brown onion soup powder
  • 2
    tomatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1
    small onion, sliced into rings


Preheat the oven to 180 ºC (350 ºF). Place the chops in a greased casserole dish and sprinkle the onion soup powder on top. Arrange the tomato slices and onion rings on top and bake for half an hour until done.
