Tasty baked fish

    lemon (juice only)
  • 500
    hake steaks
  • fish spice, to taste
  • 20
    freshly chopped parsley
  • lemon wedges, to serve

Place the fish in a microwave dish. Sprinkle with the lemon juice, fish spice to taste and parsley. Cover with cling film or the lid of the dish and place in the microwave oven. Cook for 5 minutes on 100 percent power. Once cooked, drain the juices and serve with lemon wedges. Serves 4.
