Sweet 'n sour brussel sprouts

    g
    brussel sprouts
  • 60
    ml
    margarine
  • 1
    onion, finely chopped
  • 1
    green apple, cored and sliced thinly
  • 30
    ml
    raisins
  • 45
    ml
    honey
  • 45
    ml
    lemon juice
 

Method

 
Boil brussel sprouts in salted water until tender. Melt margarine and sauté the onion and apple until soft. Add the rest of the ingredients. Simmer for 1 minute. Pour over the brussels sprouts and serve. Serves 6.
