Sweet chilli salmon

  • 4 x 150g pieces of salmon
  • thumb-sized piece fo ginger, finely grated
  • ½ cup sweet chilli sauce
  • ¼ cup of oyster sauce
  • ¼ cup tamari soy sauce
  • jasmine rice


Preheat the grill. Combine the ginger, sweet chilli sauce, oyster and soy sauce.
Add the salmon, toss to coat and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
In the meantime, cook the jasmine rice according to packet instructions and steam the tenderstem broccoli and keep warm.
Place the salmon in a baking dish and pour the marinade around it. Grill for 7 minutes or until the salmon is just cooked.
Serve immediately, place the salmon and some sauce on the rice and the broccoli on the side.
