    small balls readymade sushi rice
  • 4
    cubes avocado pear
  • 4
    strips nori (seaweed)
  • 160
    fresh tuna or salmon, sliced very thinly
  • wasabi paste
  • strips of daikon (white radish)
  • 20
    black caviar


Make a small indentation in base of each sushi ball and place a piece of avo inside. Drape a nori strip (each 3 cm wide and 10 cm long) over each rice ball. Rub 1 side of fish strips (each 3 cm wide) with wasabi paste and place over sushi on a bed of daikon strips. Top with caviar.
