Stir-fried vegetables

    oil (use more if needed)

    red chillies, seeded and chopped
  • 2
    green chillies, seeded and chopped

    piece fresh ginger grated

    cucumber, cut into julienne strips
  • 1
    red pepper, sliced
  • 2
    stalks celery, cut into julienne strips
  • 2
    spring onions, cut into julienne strips

    salt
  • 15
    ml
    oyster sauce
  • 15
    ml
    soy sauce
  • 50
    ml
    chicken stock
  • 10
    ml
    castor sugar
  • 100
    g
    ham, cut into strips
 

Method

 
Heat the oil in a pan and sauté chilli and ginger for 1 minute. Add remaining vegetables and stir-fry for 3 minutes over a high heat. Combine everything, except ham and pour over the vegetables. Add the ham strips, mix well and serve.
