Spicy lamb chops

  • 250
    natural yoghurt
  • 3
    cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1
    ground cumin
  • 2
    ground peri-peri
  • 20
    lemon juice
  • 8
    lamb chops


Mix the yoghurt, garlic, spices and lemon juice together well. Add the lamb chops and mix to coat well with the yoghurt marinade. Set aside to marinate for at least half an hour. Grill over medium coals on the braai or fry in a griddle pan for 3 to 5 minutes on each side until cooked through. Season with salt to taste and serve hot with a baked potato and salad.
