Ingredients (11)

300.00 g steak — tenderised
15.00 ml sunflower oil
500.00 g noodles — Thai or ribbon, cooked
100.00 g nectarines — or peaches, peeled, stoned, sliced
130.00 g cucumber
1.00 onion — small, sliced
30.00 ml coriander
DRESSING
5.00 ml fresh chillies — sliced
15.00 ml each
lemon juice — and fish sauce
10.00 ml brown sugar

Method:

Fry steak quickly on each side to seal in juices. Cool slightly and slice thinly.
Toss with noodles, nectarines, cucumber (cut into lengthways ribbons with a potato peeler) and coriander.
DRESSING: Mix all ingredients together well and pour over steak, fruit and noodle mixture.
