Ingredients (10)

125.00 ml palm oil
1.00 onion — chopped
500.00 g fish — white flesh, cubed
250.00 g okra — trimmed, chopped
2.00 red pepper — deseeded and chopped
50.00 g fish — dried, chopped
salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste
fresh parsley — chopped
250.00 g shrimps — (or oysters, optional)
500.00 ml water

Method:

Heat oil and sauté onion until transparent. Add all remaining ingredients. Simmer gently for 45 minutes until cooked through and soft. Serve with rice, garnished with cooked whole okra and pepper.
