Ingredients (7)

2 Tbs dried rosemary — ground
1 Tbs garlic — cloves, crushed
1 Tbs fresh ginger — crushed
2 Tbs brown sugar
1 olives
2 Tbs lemon juice
salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste

Method:

Process the olives.
Add ground rosemary, garlic and ginger, brown
sugar,olives, lemon juice, salt and
pepper together and mix well.

Makes enough marinade for 1 kg of chicken drumsticks.
