10.00 eggs
200.00 g asparagus
100.00 g salmon — cooked
0.00 caviar

Method:

Verhit 15 ml botter en 15 ml olie in ‘n pan en roerbraai 10 eiers tot amper gaar. Geur met sout en swartpeper. Stoom 200 g aspersies tot helder groen en gaar. Plaas ‘n hopie aspersies in ‘n bord, skep ‘n lepel vol roereier bo-op aspersies en plaas 100 g gerookte salm bo-op eiers. Garneer met kaviaar.
