Roast fruit kebabs with granadilla sauce

Ingredients (6)

1.00 mango — peeled,stoned,cut into pieces
1.00 pawpaw — peeled, pips removed and cut into pieces
0.25 pineapple — chopped
1.00 bananas — sliced
0.50 lemon — juice only
15.00 ml castor sugar

Method:

Thread the pieces of mango, pawpaw, pineapple and banana on kebab skewers that have been soaked in hot water.
Place the kebabs on a baking sheet and sprinkle with the lemon juice and sugar.
Grill for five minutes under a heated oven grill until the fruit has caramelised, turning once.
Serve with granadilla sauce, made by halving the granadillas and spooning the pulp into a small bowl or jug.
Add the yoghurt and honey. And mix well.
