Roast asparagus and beef wraps

    well-matured beef fillet
  • 2
    garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1
    lemon (juice only)
  • ml
    extra-virgin olive oil
  • milled pepper

  • sea salt


Using a very sharp knife, slice fillet into centimetre-thick slices or ask your butcher to do it for you. Place beef slices in a shallow dish. Mix garlic, lemon juice, extra-virgin olive oil and pepper together and pour over meat. Leave to marinate for about 30 minutes. Place asparagus on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Roast in a preheated oven at 180 ºC for about 15 minutes if thin, and 25 minutes if thick. Allow asparagus to cool slightly, then wrap in marinated beef. Serve as a pre-dinner snack. Total values: 6 472,3 kJ; 6,9 g carbohydrate; 146,4 g protein; 102,1 g fat
