10.00 ml paprika
10.00 ml cayenne pepper — powder
10.00 ml garlic — cloves, crushed
10.00 ml sea salt
10.00 ml mustard — seeds
10.00 ml dried rosemary
10.00 ml onion — flakes

Method:

Pound ingredients together, preferably in a mortar and pestle. Blend with a little olive oil and rub on to scored chicken or vegetables.
Makes about 1/2 cup.
