Quick kebabs

  • 300
    pork fillets
  • soy sauce
  • 2
    apples, cut into quarters
  • 4
    strips bacon, halved
  • 2
    frankfurters, each cut into 4 pieces
  • 16
    prunes, stoned
  • ground ginger
  • salt
  • pepper


Slice the pork fillets into 8 fairly large cubes and marinate in the soy sauce.
Wrap each piece of apple in a piece of bacon.
Divide all the ingredients between 4 sosatie skewers so that each skewer has 2 pieces of pork fillet, 2 pieces of apple, 2 pieces of frankfurter and 4 prunes.
Season lightly with ginger, salt and pepper and grill until the meat is done.
If you don't have a grill, fry the kebabs in a pan.
Serve with rice and a green salad.
