Puff pastry finger food: with salsa and smoked sausage

  • 400
    frozen puff pastry, defrosted
  • tomato salsa
  • smoked sausage, sliced
  • Cheddar and mozzarella, grated
  • cayenne pepper


Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 20 uniform squares. Spread the centre of each pastry square with half a teaspoon tomato salsa, top with slices of smoked sausage and sprinkle with a mixture of Cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Season with cayenne pepper and bake according to the packet instructions until the pastry is done.
