Ingredients (13)

4.00 pork schnitzels — cut into 5mm strips
10.00 ml cooking oil — or olive oil
2.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
1.00 peppers — strips
1.00 courgettes — sliced
100.00 g green beans
2.00 ml dried oregano — or fresh, chopped
2.00 ml salt
freshly ground black pepper — to taste
5.00 ml sugar
125.00 ml wine — dry white
15.00 ml tomato paste
250.00 g pasta — cooked

Method:

Brown meat in heated cooking or olive oil in a heavy-based saucepan. Add garlic, sweet pepper, baby marrow, and green beans and fry for 2 minutes. Add seasonings, sugar, wine and tomato paste and mix thoroughly.
Add to pasta and toss lightly.
Serves 4.
