Pear and camembert tart with honey

    roll frozen puff pastry

    wheels ripe camembert

    slivered almonds

Preheat oven to 180 °C
Slice the onions and caramelise slowly on a low-medium heat for about 20 mins. Cool.
Roll out the pastry and turn in the edges. Brush with a little melted butter.
Peel and core the pears and slice about 1cm thick.
Toss the pears in the honey.
Arrange cooled onions on the tart base.
Arrange pears over the top beautifully.
Place in the oven for about 20 mins until golden.
When the tart comes out place sliced cheese over the top.
Toast the almonds in a pan and sprinkle over the top.
