Pasta salad with prosciutto

  • 500
    wide ribbon pasta
  • olive oil
  • 100
    prosciutto, diced
  • 100
    chorizo sausages, sliced
  • balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • 100
    black and green olives
  • fresh basil leaves


30 minutes
Cook the pasta in salted water until just done. Drain and stir in a little olive oil.
Heat 15 ml oil in a pan and stir-fry the prosciutto and chorizo until hot.
Add to the pasta.
Sprinkle a few drops of balsamic vinegar over the pasta.
Season with freshly ground salt and black pepper and add the olives and a few shredded basil leaves.
Serve immediately.
