Nesquick ice cream

  • 410
    (1 can) Nestlé Ideal Evaporated Milk
  • 397
    (1 can) Nestlé Condensed Milk
  • 160
    Nestlé Nesquik Strawberry or Creme Soda
  • 2
    green food colouring - optional


overnight freezing time

Chill Ideal Milk and Condensed Milk in the fridge overnight or in the freezer for an hour.
Whip Ideal Milk until thick and fluffy.
Add Condensed Milk, Dessert Cream and Strawberry Nesquick, beating well to combine.
(If using Creme Soda Nesquick - adding the green food colouring helps to give the ice cream a nice colour).
Pour into a freezer bowl and allow to freeze for about 45 minutes.
Beat mixture again and re-freeze until completely frozen.
(If desired a third beating will ensure a really creamy ice cream).
Allow to soften slightly before serving.
