Nachos mexicana

  • 2
    big packs blue doritos chips
  • 1
    jar salsa (I prefer all joy's 99% fat free)
  • 250
    sour cream
  • 2
    disks feta (plain)
  • Grated cheddar/gouda


20 mins
Preheat oven to 180º.

In a large ovenproof bowl (no need to grease), arrange chips.

Pour & spread salsa evenly over the chip.

Spread the sour cream evenly over the salsa.

Crumble the feta cheese over.

Top with lots of delicious cheese, (mozarella could be added along with the cheddar or gouda)

Sprinkle some parsley over and pop in the oven for 20 min uncovered.
