Ingredients (7)

4.00 sweetcorn — on the cob
60.00 ml wholegrain mustard
120.00 ml vinegar — white wine
15.00 ml honey
50.00 g butter
60.00 ml oil
8.00 spring onions — sliced

Method:

1. Bring a large pot of water to the boil. Add the corn and cook for 5 minutes. Drain and cool slightly.
2. Mix together the mustard, vinegar and honey.
3. Heat the butter and oil in a large frying pan. Add the corn and spring onions.
4. Spoon the mustard mixture over the corn and cook for about 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally. The corn should be golden and just beginning to brown. Serve immediately.
Serves 4.
