Mushroom and chicken liver paté

  • 250
    chopped mushrooms
  • 15
  • 250
    chicken liver sausage
  • 1
    small can (155 g) Nestlé Dessert Cream
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper



Lightly fry the mushrooms in butter.
Allow to cool slightly.
Combine mushrooms, liver sausage and Cream together, blending well.
Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.
Chill and serve with crusty bread and a salad.

This paté has a fairly chunky texture - if you would like a smooth paté, simply place ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Chill until required.
