Miso broth fondue

  • 1
    made-up instant miso broth
  • 20
    prawns, unshelled
  • selection of cut vegetables
  • 400
    buckwheat, glass or egg noodles, cooked

Pour miso broth into fondue pot and place over a burner to heat. Thread prawns and vegetables onto fondue forks and poach for few minutes in broth. Let guests help themselves to noodles. Scoop some of the broth into bowls and finish off with prawns and vegetables. Pass around little Japanese crackers. Serves 4.
