Mediterranean mini paella pasta

    chorizo sausage chopped
  • 1
    yellow pepper chopped
  • 1
    onion chopped
  • 200
    mussel meat
  • 200
  • 1
    packet pitted black olives chopped
  • 2
  • 1
    fish sauce
  • 2
    tins chopped Italian tomatoes
  • Olive oil
  • 2
    cooked pasta rice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Heat olive oil, fry onion, yellow pepper and chorizo until onions are soft and the chorizo has released a good amount of fat.

Add the tomatoes, olives, capers and fish sauce, cook for about half an hour.

Add the mussels and shrimps, cook another 10 minutes until the mussels and shrimp are done.

Flavour with salt and pepper, and stir in the pasta rice, cook another minute and serve.
